Every agency, every process, every services team, every situation requires its own communication, documents, forms and a host of other things; things you hope are right so you can access services for your child/student/loved one. There is a sea of specific jargon, knowledge bases, diplomacy needs, vernacular, styles, dos & don’ts, and strategic language to navigate each as effectively and successfully as possible. Wondering which thing to say (or not say), how to say it, when to say it, and who to say it to can feel overwhelming and intimidating.

If you need help with this kind of task or have a specific document or communication that is weighing on you and you’re not sure how to navigate, I can help. As part of my wider consulting or advocacy I can help you to review, edit, and/or draft all sorts of important documents and e-mails. These could be things another professional has completed and is asking you for input or approval, it may be documents you are being asked to contribute to or complete, or it could be a communication you need to have. Whatever it is, we can do it together.
